STEP ONE: Consultation
During this 1-hour appointment, we explain the process and address any concerns you may have. The consultations are essentially free of charge as the £75 holding deposit is credited towards your treatment should you decide to proceed.\\
We will then provide a no-obligation, individual treatment plan with cost options, including 0% finance, for you to take home with you and review. You can contact us at any time to speak to our treatment co-ordinators to let us know you are ready.
STEP TWO: 3D scan and diagnostic records
This is done to assess the bone available and allow us to insert the implants in the safest and most effective positions. The records also allow us to digitally design and manufacture a well fitting set of teeth on the day of surgery, completely bespoke and tailored to fit harmoniously with your smile and face.
STEP THREE: Surgery day
We do not like rushing to taking shortcuts, so we book the whole day for your surgery. It is performed under local anaesthetic and sedation. After extracting any teeth that need removal, we place the implants and perform bite calculation. We take any impressions, which will be then give to our on-site technician, where your bespoke implant bridge will be manufactured on the same day, whilst you wait. By the end of your appointment, you will have your implant All on 4 bridge fitted into place.
STEP FOUR: Final bridges
The same day implant bridges will remain in your mouth for a few months before you return to the clinic to have your final implant bridge fitted. This allows time for the implants to fully integrate with your mouth and heal.
