Clare is one of our emergency and general dentists at Smileworks. She helps patients with their immediate pain and also provides treatment such as gum disease treatment, crowns or fillings. Her career started as a trainee dental nurse but she found her path in dentistry and qualified as a dentist 11 years ago. Clare’s CV includes dental hospital roles, practice appointments and community dental services.

Clare has a special interest in helping anxious and nervous patients. She is probably the best dentist you can get seen by if you suffer for “dental phobia“.
She admits she used to be afraid of going to the dentists and she can relate to patients who don’t like going to the dentist.

After a busy day Clare loves going to the gym and training hard.

She was born with a Liverpool FC season ticket under her arm and Anfield is her 3rd home (Smileworks is her second one, of course). She even travelled to Madrid in June 2019 through many destinations to see her team lifting the Champions league trophy for the sixth time.
