About Eduardo’s practice

Eduardo’s orthodontic practice is big, busy and happy. Hundreds of patients move through treatment each year. In 2025 the team delivered more than 2,200 orthodontic appointments with Eduardo at the centre of things supported by orthodontic therapists, nurses and the Smileworks front of house. It’s a large orthodontic practice that somehow feels like a small one. Everything flows and every patient feels important. Because they are important. Eduardo knows everyone, the team knows everyone and patients get to know us too. We joke that he could lose his computer and work from memory. That’s a rare compliment. In surgery there’s always music, someone laughing and clinicians and nurses having a nice time with patients. Treatment can last months or sometimes even years, so relationships form. That is how the practice has grown. One patient becomes a family, and that family brings another. With that growth comes responsibility: more people to look after, more appointments to organise and more promises to keep. The front-of-house team and everyone behind the scenes make it all happen. They manage diaries, answer questions, organise the next steps and keep patients supported between visits. A practice this busy needs proper systems and infrastructure, but it also needs people who care enough to make them work. And finishing treatments is a big deal here. Braces come off. Mirrors come out. There are enormous smiles, photographs, hugs and sometimes tears. But the numbers aren’t really the story. Hundreds of patients. Thousands of appointments.
