Appointment length: 30-75 minutes

Sessions required: Just one to see results. To keep up the glow though, you'll need to come back every 4-6 weeks.

A facial is a professional skin treatment designed to cleanse, exfoliate, and nourish your skin. Our skin specialists tailor each facial to your unique skin needs, whether that be acne, dryness, or uneven tone. You’ll also get an improved overall skin health and radiance. Facials provide that glow to the skin we all crave.
This varies depending on which Smileworks facial you choose. Our skin specialists make sure that each step is customised to your skin’s needs for the best possible results.
Our Classic Facial includes a cleanse & steam, a chemical peel (bespoke WOW, Glycolic, or Mandelic), 10 minutes of Dermalux LED light therapy, and finishing products (moisturiser, SPF, etc.). You can upgrade the Classic Facial to get a deeper chemical peel (BioRePeel or Obagi Blue Radiance) for £20.
Our Platinum Facial includes all of the above, plus an extra 10 minutes of Dermalux LED time, a needling stamp, and a relaxing face, neck, and shoulder massage.
Our hydrating ProFacial is a bit different than our standard facial offerings. It also starts with a cleanse & steam, but after that you’ll get a luxurious three-phase aqua peeling treatment, followed by a face mask. The treatment ends with powerful ultrasound, radiofrequency, and ion lifting treatment for added exfoliation.
You can add skin extractions or dermaplaning to any of our facials for just £25 each.
In our opinion, absolutely. Professional facials go far beyond what you can achieve at home, delivering a deeper cleanse, more effective exfoliation, and medical-grade skincare products that tackle your skin concerns faster and more effectively.
This also depends on which facial you choose.
Our Classic Facial is a 30 minute treatment, perfect for a quick glow-up during your lunch break. Our ProFacial treatment is 45 minutes. Lastly, our most luxurious and exfoliating Platinum Facial is 75 minutes.
For most of our patients, a facial every 4-6 weeks is enough to keep the skin looking its best. If you have a specific concern, like acne or hyperpigmentation, we may recommend more frequent visits to get your skin condition under control.
Arrive with clean skin and avoid using strong exfoliants or active ingredients (like retinol) for at least 48 hours beforehand. If you’re unsure, we can guide you through everything you need to know at a free-of-charge online consultation.
This is completely up to you! Some people love a chat, while others prefer to relax quietly. It’s your treatment time, so our skin specialists will follow your lead.
Yes. Many patients opt to add-on skin extractions to their facial to safely remove blackheads and whiteheads. This helps clear pores and improves skin texture without damaging the skin.
