My experience with the team that completed my treatment was amazing from the consultation through to leaving with my top & bottom composite veneers .Marnie was fantastic, coordinating the consultation & treatment day, even went out of her way to get me in earlier than initially planned. I really don't think there's anything worse than false sincerity!!It genuinely hurts when somebody really pretends to care and be interested in something hugely traumaticwhich another person has suffered in their lives,especially when they asked the questions about it in the first place!!Well that's what happened to me when I was phoned to book a consultation with 'Smileworks!!'I was more than willing to spend a LOT of money with this company,many, many thousands of pounds,but in knowing I had further queries, the person concerned clearly got bored with meand just hung up the telephone mid conversation!!I waited an adequate length of time to be called back, but it never happened!!I had to then phone them myself and spoke with somebody else!!All I'll say to anyone thinking of going with this disrespectful company is,if you're on the phone with them, especially to somebody called 'Marnie,'just keep what you have to say to an absolute minimum,or you'll get disrespected and then lied to as well!!My advice would be to just completely avoid,just horrible!!
