I paid for a lip filler dissolve, but Dr Rowland-Warmann took real care to understand what I wanted first, rather than just proceeding. She was upfront that dissolving wouldn't fully fix my concerns — some of it is age-related — and warned that refilling could bring the issue straight back. She also put my mind at ease, pointing out that what I could see was far more obvious to me than to anyone else.We agreed not to proceed, and she kindly changed my payment to a consultation fee instead of the full treatment cost.It says a lot about her integrity that she'll tell you honestly when you don't need something, rather than push treatment anyway. Knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely trustworthy — highly recommend her. Also the lovely supporting staff too

Paula and Molly were absolutely amazing during my treatment today. I've always had a real fear of going to the dentist, but thanks to these two lovely people, that fear has completely gone. They were so kind, patient, and reassuring from start to finish, making me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment.Their professionalism and genuine care made all the difference, and I can't thank them enough for such a positive experience. I honestly can't recommend Paula and Molly highly enough. Thank you both so much! 🩷

I had a tooth extraction over a week ago and I seen Dr Jimmy and he was fantastic from start to finish. Talked me through step by step. Very reassuring I am a very nervous patient but was put at ease. Even the after care was fantastic. Would recommend smileworks to anyone

I've been going to Smileworks for years as the service is phenomenal, I've never had a bad experience and I'm always really happy with the results. Today I was seen by Khal and Molly for my dental appointment, they were both really friendly and professional. I felt I was in safe hands throughout and they made me feel at ease. 10/10, I couldn't have asked for anything more!
