I have just finished my braces treatment with Eduardo and Ana. I would highly recommend them. They were professional, efficient and very knowledgable and made a real effort to put me at ease. The assistants and staff were all so friendly as well. The results are brilliant and I am really pleased. Thank you so much!

My Invisalign treatment at Smileworks’s has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Eduardo, Ana and Steph have been absolutely amazing and have made the whole treatment feel so easy. I’m am over the moon with my smile and can’t thank them enough!

I first came to see Dr MJ in Feb due to an extreme reaction to tear trough filler (done else where) My eyes were extremely swollen & I had hard nodules, I didn’t even look like me anymore !! Dr MJ has fixed me & quite honestly I don’t know what I would have done without her. Hopefully it was my last complication appt yesterday. Big shout out to her wonderful team James & Zoe who made me feel totally at ease. Legends !!Thank you again Genna xxxxxxx

I' am very happy with the service and help provided throughout my time with Smile works. Eduardo, Ana and Andreea have been wonderful throughout my Invisalign journey. They have been very informative, friendly and helpful each appointment. Staff at reception have been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Smile works.

I feel completely misled by this clinic. I clearly stated in advance that I needed to see a specialist, and they confirmed this would be arranged. Instead, after charging me £90, I was seen by a general dentist who simply repeated the same diagnosis I already had — that I need a specialist.Only after taking my money did they inform me that their specialist is unavailable for another month and a half. This is something they should have been honest about from the start.To make things worse, when I asked for my medical records, I was told I need to fill out a form and wait up to a month to receive them, while being pushed to book their delayed specialist appointment.This experience felt dishonest and like a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this clinic, especially if you are looking for specialist care.
