Incredible service, a lovely facility as well. All the staff on site are really professional, happy and polite. Marnie who dealt with our enquiry is super professional and efficient, and a lovely demeanour about her as well. Dr. Zarmina is clearly an expert in her field, which is incredibly reassuring and you trust her implicitly. I can't recommend this place high enough.

Had a fab dental visit today. Saw all the lovely staff Jimmy, Emily, James and Helen. Always make you feel welcomed and valued .Just had second treatment for Morpheus 8 with the lovely Hannah. Another positive experience at Smileworks. Always made to feel comfortable and at ease.

I’ve just finished my course of clear aligners to straighten my teeth and the whole experience was excellent. Eduardo took the time to answer all of my questions patiently and thoroughly, which made me feel confident in the process, and I’m thrilled with the final results. Kayleigh, Steph and Liv also supported throughout and were great. Really happy with my experience at Smileworks and I highly recommend!

I’ve had my orthodontic treatment at Smileworks Liverpool over the past year with Eduardo and Kayleigh, and it’s been such a positive experience throughout! They’ve both been consistently kind, welcoming, and professional, which really puts you at ease.Eduardo made everything clear from the start, so I always felt confident in the plan. Both of them made every appointment feel calm and straightforward, which made the whole process much easier than I expected. Kayleigh fitted my braces and was gentle, patient, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.Everything has felt smooth, well organised, and never rushed. I’m due to have my braces removed next month and I’m really looking forward to seeing the final result. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. I can’t thank you both enough!

The receptionist needs to be fired.Absolute shambles of a company.Took a deposit months ago for a procedure. Has no appointments at suitable times. When asked for refunds of the deposit she keeps asking for a signed refund form which she doesn’t send to us. When asked why can’t you process a refund for a procedure you can’t schedule she basically said, ‘it doesn’t work with my agenda’.Chargeback initiated because this company lacks basic customer service.Update following reply from Katie: -You can defend your reception team if you like, but the reality is that your processes are outdated and impractical. You took a deposit for an appointment that your own team cancelled, then held onto that money for over five months. During that time, you repeatedly insisted that we complete a form explaining why we wanted to cancel rather than reschedule, as if a simple explanation over the phone was not acceptable. You made it clear in your own email that this form was “required.” I can attach that email to this review if needed.What is particularly telling is that the moment this review went live, you suddenly managed to process the refund without requiring anything at all. That raises an obvious question: if it was always this simple, why put a client through months of unnecessary back-and-forth instead of just handling basic admin properly?As for your claim about having plenty of appointments available, that is misleading. None of those slots were out of hours, and your team offered virtually no flexibility. Trying to schedule something workable around normal commitments has been unnecessarily difficult.This situation did not require anything complicated. It required basic common sense and accountability. If you cannot deliver what you offer, then be honest about it instead of creating obstacles for your clients.
