I recently visited Smileworks Liverpool for my teeth whitening consultation and hygiene appointment, and I honestly had such a lovely experience.From the moment I arrived, Katie gave me such a warm and friendly welcome. I was made to feel really comfortable, and it was nice to relax in the waiting area with a coffee before my appointment.Daniel Bentley was brilliant throughout my dental examination. He was so professional, reassuring and full of positive energy, which really helped me feel at ease. Steph, the dental nurse, was also so calm and friendly, and she made me feel completely relaxed during the appointment.I had the Guided Biofilm Therapy hygiene treatment, and it was much more comfortable than I expected. Everything was explained really clearly, so I came away feeling like I'd learned a lot about looking after my teeth as well as having a really thorough clean.I left the practice feeling really positive and confident about improving both my oral health and my overall health. I've even bought an Oral-B iO toothbrush to help keep on top of everything at home, and I'm genuinely looking forward to my future visits.I'd definitely recommend Smileworks Liverpool to anyone who's thinking about improving their smile or oral health.

Khal. Niki, Tel and Katy were nice, very helpful and amazing. The whitening has mostly removed the yellow colouring on my teeth from fluorosis and brightened them as a hole in 2 weeks.

I’ve been with Smileworks for many years and am always impressed with the service I receive. I see Khal regularly, he’s consistently friendly, informative and thorough in his approach to my dental care. During treatment he explains things before clearly and again while they’re happening, keeping me informed and comfortable. On my last visit I was also seen by Teyesir, and likewise she was highly professional, friendly and provided excellent care.

I had such a great experience getting my braces fitted with Eduardo! He was absolutely brilliant very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly throughout the appointment, which really put me at ease, and despite being so thorough, he was also incredibly fast and efficient. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing!Teysir was also super lovely and made the whole experience even more comfortable. And the fact that they played BTS for me during the appointment was honestly the cherry on top! 🙂‍↔️💜 It made the experience so much more enjoyable.I’m really happy with how everything went and would definitely recommend Eduardo and the team. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful appointment such a positive experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️—I also had a hygiene appointment with Paula and Steph, and honestly, it was by far the best hygiene appointment I’ve ever had! They were both so professional, gentle and thorough, and I left feeling like my teeth had never been cleaner.
