Honestly an awful experience. The most disorganised mess of a company. Whilst the dentists themselves seem competent enough the amount of issues, errors, lack of communication, times I’ve been flat out lied to by staff, money taken incorrectly and completely ignored when requesting something. I couldn’t recommend Smileworks to anybody. Avoid at all costs to avoid added stress to an already stressful process.

Big shout out to the wonderful team at Smileworks dentistry- Liv, Emily, Jimmy, Helen, marnie & Jay ... always pleasant, friendly and professional. Would recommend the super dental treatment from these guys. Also, the lovely Dan and Molly who looked after me during hygiene appointment today . Thanks Gill S

First time visiting Smileworks and couldn’t fault it. Katie on the desk was so welcoming, made me feel at ease and very helpful.Eduardo and Steph also brilliant during consultation, and talked through every little detail. I can’t wait to get started with my treatment plan.

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough!From the moment you walk through the door, you receive a wonderfully warm welcome. James at reception is fantastic and puts you instantly at ease.I had a facial with Rebecca, which was absolutely amazing. Her attention to detail is incredible, and my skin has never felt better.I also had Botox done by Charlotte. She is so skilled and took the time to explain everything, making me feel completely confident in her expertise.The entire team is so welcoming and knowledgeable.It is truly a five-star experience from start to finish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always so happy with my results from smileworks, been to becca, Katie, Zoe, helen and MJ and all fantastic and knowledgeable. James on reception has the best friendly demeanour and customer service, 10/10 all round and recommend to all my friends 😇

Fantastic service from the moment you step in the door, highly recommend. Also a massive thank you to Eduardo and Teyesir for looking after me when I visited, you guys explained everything so clearly and patiently to me, you were both amazing.
