After having a very bad experience with another orthodontic practice in the city, I went to Smileworks to help improve my smile. I had been to Smileworks before and knew I could trust them as I was left feeling devastated with my results from the other practice. I was left with massive gaps after braces from the other practice, my bottom teeth were chipped, and I needed 8 teeth bonding. Paula and Steph have been absolutely amazing through this whole 3 month journey. I have been treated with such dignity and respect, they have been nothing but kind and informative. Paula talked me through my whole treatment plan step by step and explained in-depth what was going to happen at every appointment. I had a thorough hygiene appointment, whitening, and finally the composite bonding that has been life changing for me. I have also been scanned for new retainers! I cannot stop smiling and looking at my teeth. I was a little anxious before my bonding appointment but Paula made me feel very calm by explaining the whole process and offering breaks if needed, she regularly checked on me throughout and it went so much quicker than I expected. It didn’t hurt and wasn’t even slightly uncomfortable. I will continue to go to Smileworks as they have provided me with a service I can trust, after having poor dental/orthodontic experiences I feel so much better that I have found a practice I can trust with fantastic staff. I went to Smileworks because my bonded retainer had broken. I had it fixed 10 years ago. Eduardo & Helen were amazing and happy to help as the dentist I originally got it done at didn't exsist anymore. Eduardo was so gentle and reassuring making sure I felt comfortable. Helen was fab too. The clinic was lovely and very professional. Excellent service, would definitely reccomend!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my injectables! I’ve been going to Smileworks for a few years and the team is always so professional, friendly and knowledgable. I love the results I get with Leah and Jay and Emily are always so friendly and helpful on the front desk. Highly recommend!

Paula has always been a wonderful dentist for me, but has just surpassed that after doing some composite bonding on my teeth.Not only is the work done fantastic but her caring and checking in with this nervous patient is so appreciated.Ably assisted by Simi it was a really comfortable appointment....so thanks😁

Absolutely amazing this dentist and staff .. they give advice and you choose whether to take it or not? And They do not try and force you to go with them !!!! I thought I was going to lose my teeth (told by the NHS) Nope !!!! they told me I won’t so I won’t need implants (which are expensive ) I just need to strengthen my gums. I couldn’t believe it. Every single person in there are so welcoming and with loving personalities ! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Smileworks is by far the best dentist. I cannot wait til the end of all my treatment to finally have my smile back 😁And also I didn’t need a root canal so I didn’t need to pay for a crown just a white fillingSo thank you to dr Jihad , thank you toHossom,Thank you to Zarmina And thank you to the lovely JoAnd obviously the receptionists theyre all FABULOUS 😘5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Please don’t hesitate and book with these guys you will NOT be disappointed I promise 👌🙌😘

I have had an amazing experience from start to finishAt my consultation I was given a number or different treatment options and prices and was given all of the information I needed in order to choose the best long term solution for me, I opted for full mouth implants, I was also given the option of fixed temporary dentures this was important to me as I did not want to have removable dentures whilst I healed in preparation for my finalsI have always been terrified of the dentist but both JK & Sav put me at ease straight away, so much care and attention to detail, fully explaining the process at every stage; helping me feel informed and relaxed, both JK & Sav are very professional but also very caringJK’s knowledge and experience has given me a smile I love and I am very proud of, his guidance was so important in helping design a smile that suited me, every detail from colour to the shape, my teeth look very natural, to JK the functionality is just as important as the look, ensuring my bite was perfect and my teeth felt comfortableI would highly recommend that anyone considering this treatment book a consultation with JK

Always had a great experience here, the service is excellent and very happy with the treatments. Khal and Jo in particular on my recent visit were very helpful and kept me relaxed during the procedure!

Exceptional service from the team! Marnie was very professional and really friendly when making my booking, I also met her on my visit & she guided me through the process making me feel at ease straight away. Kal the Dentist done a fantastic job assisted by Jo who was very caring & efficient in her work. Would highly recommend Smile Works for an all round fantastic experience.

I was recently referred to Dr. MJ following a dermal filler complication and the treatment I have received has been exceptional. Dr. MJ and her wonderful assistant Zoe work amazing together as a team and at each appointment I felt so grateful and reassured to be in their care. All the team members I came across during my visits to Smileworks have been very friendly and welcoming.
