Meet Mila: the rockstar personal assistant to our co-founder and lead clinician Dr MJ. Smileworks hasn’t been the same since she joined our team in March 2023, and we are so lucky she did! With her skilled eye for detail and stellar organisation skills, our practice has absolutely thrived since she arrived.

Mila grew up in sunny San Diego, California. Shortly after graduating from school, she jetted off to the London to start her next adventure. She eventually found her home in our beautiful city and has never looked back!

When she’s not working, you can find Mila cosying up with a good book and listening to techno music (but not at the same time).
